A Long Week

Calling this week a long week is actually a bit of an understatement.

Besides everything going on with the car, work has dropped a bomb of their own. We ALL have to re-audition for our jobs. If we do not make the cut, then we will be placed somewhere in attractions. I came from attractions so that doesn't bother me too much but the pay cut isn't something I'm looking forward to. Plus, there's no timeline on when this is all going to take place. I wish I would just know what the official word is so that I don't have to wait to find out.

Haunt may or may not be hiring and hopefully I'll find out about that next week sometime. I'd love to go back but if I don't/can't then I'll have to find something else I guess.

Mouscars are this week (for those non-Disney it's like an Oscars for cast members) but I don't think I'm going. I probably won't decide until the last minute.

Also, we are going to have to get rid of Civic because KC is allergic to her. I'm bummed but there's not much I can do except find a home for her. Does anyone want a cat?

Back To Normal... Almost

I finally feel like life is almost back to normal. Things are finally calming down now that the wedding is over. Other than the car of course, things are going great.

I can't believe it. Hopefully it will get fixed sooner than 10/21. I have no desire to drive a rental until then.

Home At Last

It's been way too long since I've posted anything on here. I always say that and I always say that I'll write more. There's always an excuse too. But as of late, I'm tired of excuses and procrastination.

We just got back from our honeymoon on Sunday and things are finally getting back to normal. Or some version of normal anyway. Well, except for the lack of my car right now. We were hit from behind while we were at a stoplight on Wednesday night and are waiting for the damage estimate on my car. So annoyed! We are all okay though and that's the important part.

Dinner needs to be cooked so more later!!
