In some ways I'm really glad February is a short month and in others I'm really not. When it comes to bills, it's a definite NOT. On the other hand, one of my friends will be 7 years old AGAIN this year. That's right a leap year baby! (He's really 31 but don't tell him that.)
Since it is the beginning of March, it is the start of Caffeine Awareness Month. I didn't even know such a thing existed. Go figure! Since I've already given up soda, I'm going to start watching how much coffee I drink and vow to spend less at Starbucks. I know I can use that $5 in a better way.
Goals for March:
1. Watch how much caffeine I drink.
2. Avoid spending $$ at Starbucks
3. Follow the SELF Challenge every day.
Goals for Today 3-1-07:
1. Eat three meals
2. Drink lots of water
3. Do 30 minutes of strength training.
4. Do @ least 30 minutes of cardio
5. Go turn in job applications.
6. No soda!
7. No junk food!
